DR. JASON STANFORD, FOUNDER, CEO & CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Dr. Jason Stanford serves as CEO & Chairman of the Board of Directors. He provides oversight for the strategic business decisions. He brings a background that includes over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience as a leader, clinician and educator with a proven track-record of progressive responsibility in healthcare administration and higher education.

Dr. Stanford’s professional experience includes directing Geisinger Health System Radiation Oncology Physics and Dosimetry departments across six cancer centers, where he was responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the activities of Radiation Oncology physics and dosimetry services, across the system for effective and efficient operation. He was responsible for Radiation Oncology compliance with directives, policies, and objectives of the Geisinger Health System, and for corporate governance compliance with all the applicable laws and regulations.

He served as the technical leader for multiple academic and community cancer institute including Chief of physics for Forrest Health system and Director of radiation oncology Physics for Northeast Louisiana Cancer Institute.
Dr. Stanford is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. He holds CAMPEP accredited Postgraduate Diploma from University of Mississippi Medical Center and Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. A M.S. in Medical Radiation Physics from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Chicago, IL, a Doctorate in Nuclear Engineering, with Medical Physics Concentration from University of Missouri Columbia.
Dr. Stanford has years of experience practicing as a qualified medical physicist expert, Certified Medical Dosimetrist-MDCB, Registered Radiation Therapist-ARRT and Radiologic Technologist-ARRT.

DR. KADIAN PINNOCK, BOARD DIRECTOR & VP OF CLINICAL INTEGRATION & DEVELOPMENT

Dr. Kadian Pinnock serve as a Board member, and Vice-President with responsibility for oversight of the entire clinical operations. Dr. Pinnock brings a background of achievement in her healthcare. Her primary responsibility entails quality standards for the facility and overseeing the execution of critical tasks to deliver services of a high quality. Dr. Pinnock has extensive local and international experience. She is currently MD degree, an MPH and a post graduate diploma in HIV management.


Her background includes 18 years of combined clinical experience as Physician and a Medical Technologist. She is a Board-Certified Physician in the Caribbean (CAMC). She has a MPH and post graduate diploma in HIV management from the UWI, a Doctor of Medicine from the Universidad Adventista Del Plata, Entre Rios, Argentina, and the B.S. Medical Technology, Northern Caribbean University, Mandeville, Jamaica, Her experience includes working at the Ministry of Health, Cornwall Regional Hospital as a Medical Officer for many years.

SYDNEY ROSE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Sydney Rose is the Senior Vice President and Board Member. He works closely with the CEO on strategic business development and execution. He is in charge of government relations and liaison between the organization and government agencies, including advocating for the organization’s interest and implementing strategies to secure support for the furthering of AIM’s objectives.

Mr. Rose’s professional experience entails public policy and extensive contract execution with local and international companies, such as China Harbour Engineering Limited. During his tenure, Mr. Rose was a key player in the execution of the North-South Highway which runs from Kingston to Ochi Rios. His core functions entail lobbying on behalf of the company and overseeing all businesses between the entity and the government. Other major projects include working as a sub-contractor on the US customs house at the Kingston Wharf and most recently consulting on the Kings Landing Country club which includes one housing development, service station and commercial complex.

Mr. Rose is also a business owner, who operates two businesses in the petroleum industry. He is also a local government representative, serving as a Councillor since 2012. He has also served in several voluntary categories including a member of at two St-Mary based school boards and the People’s Cooperation bank in St. Mary. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Health and Sanitation Committee at the St. Catherine Municipal Corporation.
Mr. Rose vast experience in public policy and projects execution is a critical skillset that compliments the medical and allied health professionals at Alliance International Medical (AIM) Limited

SASHA-KAY CAMPBELL ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Miss Campbell serves as Administrative Manager for Alliance International Medical Ltd. She has significant experience in customer relations, hospitality, and the service industry.
Miss Campbell also serves on the board of Nutrium AG farm, an affiliate of Alliance International Medical Limited. Prior to joining AIM, she led the daily administrative function for Nutrium AG, including payroll, inventory, and employment compliance. In addition, she served as customer service representative with Ministry of National Security for four years before embarking on international employment in the hospitality and service industry.

Miss Campbell is delighted to be working with a transformational company as AIM where she can utilize her interpersonal and time management skills to advance the strategic objectives for AIM.

Dr. Sophia Mangana

Dr. Sophia Mangana, M.D. is a Diplomat of the American Board of radiology, she has many years of experience in the field of radiation oncology, including working as Consultant Radiation Oncologist, at Forrest General Cancer Center, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and as Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Mangana also served as Chief Resident at Loyola University Medical Center, in Maywood, Illinois.  She graduated from Brown University in 2007 with a medical degree, and was an Intern at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, Rhode Island.  She has significant leadership expertise in outpatient and academic cancer care practice.   Her specialty areas of focus include radiosurgery,  brachytherapy, breast Prostate and gynaecological cancer.

Zachary Christ, PSM, DABR

Mr. Christ grew up in sunny south Florida. He completed graduate studies at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, and was the first graduate to ever receive a medical physics residency position. As an ABR certified therapeutic medical physicist, his experience has grown to include work with all major vendors and modalities in radiation oncology. He helped create a safe and effective radiosurgery program as a physicist in the United States, and is excited to bring his expertise to St. Ann Parish, Jamaica.

ALFRED MCPHERSON BOARD MEMBER & GENERAL COUNSEL

A practicing Attorney-at-Law since 1981, Alfred is currently a Sole Practitioner, Consultant and Senior Lecturer in Law since August 2018 when he demitted office by rotation as Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Jamaica, and now practices law at the private bar under the business name Alfred McPherson & Co. Over a professional career spanning many decades, Alfred has served in both the public and private sectors in Jamaica, as well as academia at the tertiary institutional level.

He has practiced as an Associate, and latterly as a Partner, in a prominent Jamaican Law Firm, as well as holding prominent positions in the public sector and an academic tertiary institution. Alfred’s primary areas of practice are real property and conveyancing, real estate developments, mortgage financing and securities, corporate and commercial law, probate, and estate planning.

From 1999 to 2000 he temporarily left the private bar and entered the public service for the first time as a Legal Advisor by joining FINSAC Limited, an agency established by the Government of Jamaica to restructure and rehabilitate the local financial sector. In 2003 he reentered the public service, and on this occasion served as the Registrar of Titles for the Island of Jamaica (a creature of statute under the Registration of Titles Act of Jamaica). He served in this position until 2006 when he once again reverted to practicing at the private bar.

Alfred joined the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Jamaica in 2009 as a Senior Lecturer in Real Property and Public International Law and was at the same time appointed as Programme Director of the Faculty. He was subsequently appointed as Vice Dean in 2012 and Dean of the Faculty of Law from 2014 to 2018. He has continued to maintain an association with the Faculty of Law since demitting office as Dean.

Alfred is an active Rotarian and a Distinguished Past President of the Rotary Club of Saint Andrew North. He is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and once served on the Conveyancing Committee and the JAMBAR Committee.

He read for a Bachelor of Laws at the University of the West Indies, Faculty of Law, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados, and the Certificate of Legal Education at the Norman Manley Law School situated at the Mona Campus of the University of the West Indies. He graduated from the latter in 1981 as one of the top five graduates, and the only male graduate in the top five performers for that cohort of graduates.

DR. SOPHY MANGANA, MD, RADIATION ONCOLOGIST & CONSULTANT, & VP, NORTH AMERICA

Dr. Sophy Mangana, M.D. a physician with and has over 15 years of experience in the field of radiation oncology, including working as partner Physician and Radiation Oncologist, at Forrest General Cancer Center, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and as Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Mangana also served as Chief Resident at Loyola University Medical Center, in Maywood, Illinois. She graduated from Brown University in 2007 with a medical degree, and was an Intern at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, Rhode Island. She presented at numerous forums and has researched and published widely in the field of radiation oncology, in notable publications such as the International Journal of Radiation Oncology & Physics.

WAYNE WRAY, STRATEGIC INVESTMENT & FINANCIAL ADVISOR

Mr. Wray is a business and financial consultant. His portfolio of experience and expertise spans several industries including executive leadership and management positions in the fields of Finance and Banking. An M.BA in International Banking from George Washington University, Washington DC, USA, he is a Past Chairman of Jamaica Institute of Bankers, as well as the Caribbean Association of Banks and has served in the capacity as Vice President of the Jamaica Bankers Association.

Licensed by the Financial Services Commission as an investment advisor, Mr. Wray is the founding director of Wiltshire Consulting & Advisory Limited, a business advisory firm to local and international clients. In addition, he is the Mentor for several publicly listed companies on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange. He is also the Managing Director and the principal shareholder of 365 Retail Limited, an authorized retail distributor of petroleum products and services for Total Jamaica Limited. A Justice of the Peace, Mr. Wray is committed to nation building, serving on the Boards of several publicly listed and privately held companies as well as local community service and charitable organizations.
