DR. JASON STANFORD
Dr. Jason Stanford is the visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MARSS Group Corp, leading strategic direction and innovation across healthcare and nuclear technology sectors. With more than two decades of experience in clinical radiation oncology, academic medicine, and scientific research, Dr. Stanford is recognized for integrating advanced technical knowledge with operational leadership to advance patient care.
Dr. Stanford’s career is distinguished by his leadership in major clinical physics programs and his dedication to training future leaders in medicine. He has held pivotal roles such as Director of Physics at Geisinger Health System, Chief of Physics at Forrest Health, and Associate Professor at the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Dr. Stanford is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology and has served as the Founder of Alliance International Medical (AIM).
His academic credentials include an associate degree in radiography, a Bachelor of Science in radiation therapy, a master’s degree in medical physics, a PhD in nuclear engineering with specialization in medical physics from the University of Missouri, and postgraduate residency training in medical physics.
In addition to his leadership at MARSS Group Corp, Dr. Stanford serves as Vice President of Physics and Dosimetry at Northeast Louisiana Cancer Institute. There, he spearheads the development and installation of a state-of-the-art linear accelerator, bringing cutting-edge technology to patient care. He is also at the forefront of integrating robust artificial intelligence models into cancer treatment protocols, elevating precision and efficiency within the institute’s clinical operations. Further highlighting his commitment to research and global collaboration, Dr. Stanford is a candidate in the distinguished Harvard Global Research Scholar program.
Dr. Stanford’s research interests span treatment planning, small field dosimetry, and quantum biology solutions for cancer care. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, where he has served as Co-chair of the Student and Trainee Working Group and contributed to national safety and practice standards initiatives.
A dedicated educator, Dr. Stanford has trained countless physicians and physicists in radiation oncology, earning recognition as Educator of the Year from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. His passion extends internationally, with a strong commitment to improving access to quality cancer care across Jamaica and the Caribbean region.
SYDNEY ROSE
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Sydney Rose is the Senior Vice President and Board Member at AIM. He works closely with the CEO on strategic business development, focusing on government relations and advocating for the organization’s interests. Mr. Rose plays a key role in liaising with government agencies and implementing strategies to support AIM’s objectives.
His professional experience includes public policy and contract execution with local and international companies like China Harbour Engineering Limited, where he was instrumental in the North-South Highway project. Other major projects include the US Customs House at Kingston Wharf and the Kings Landing Country Club, which features a housing development, service station, and commercial complex.
In addition to his role at AIM, Mr. Rose is a business owner in the petroleum industry and has served as a Councilor since 2012. He is also the Chairman of the Health and Sanitation Committee at the St. Catherine Municipal Corporation and has contributed to various community organizations, including local school boards and the People’s Cooperation Bank in St. Mary.
Mr. Rose’s expertise in public policy and project execution is a vital asset to AIM’s team of medical and allied health professionals.
Nikhil S. Bohra
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Mr. Nikhil S. Bohra is a seasoned finance leader and valuation specialist serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our company. A Chartered Accountant and Registered Valuer (IBBI – Securities or Financial Assets), he brings over eight years of experience in financial management, assurance, valuations, and due diligence. Mr. Bohra has previously worked with S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, a member firm of Ernst & Young, where he gained extensive exposure to Ind AS/IFRS reporting, business and sustainability reporting, and financial consolidations.
His expertise spans across IFRS convergence, business valuations, ESOP valuations, dispute resolution, and ERP migration. Throughout his career, he has acted as a Fractional CFO for multiple high-growth startups and mid-market firms, helping them establish robust internal controls, streamline financial systems, and strengthen decision-making frameworks.
Having collaborated with international clients such as Tata Communications, Fractal Analytics, Gallagher Security, and Brand New Galaxy, Mr. Bohra combines analytical precision with strategic foresight to ensure financial alignment, compliance excellence, and sustainable business growth.
Alfred A. McPherson
CORPORATE ATTORNEY AND BOARD MEMBER
Mr. Alfred A. McPherson is the Principal Attorney at Alfred McPherson & Co., with over four decades of experience practicing law in Jamaica. He specializes in business and corporate law, real estate developments, mortgage financing, securities, probate, and estate planning. Mr. McPherson plays a vital role in advising clients on complex legal matters and supporting the long-term strategic goals of MARSS.
His professional career spans both the public and private sectors as well as academia. He has served as an Associate and Partner in a leading Jamaican law firm, Legal Advisor at FINSAC Limited, and later as Registrar of Titles for Jamaica, overseeing the island’s land registration system. In addition, he has held senior academic leadership roles at the University of Technology, Jamaica, where he lectured in Real Property and Public International Law and served as Dean of the Faculty of Law from 2014 to 2018.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. McPherson is active in professional and community service. He is a Distinguished Past President of the Rotary Club of Saint Andrew North and a member of the Jamaican Bar Association, where he has served on the Conveyancing and JAMBAR Committees.
Mr. McPherson holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, and earned his Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School, graduating in 1981 as one of the top five in his class.
SASHA-KAY CAMPBELL
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Miss Campbell serves as Administrative Manager for Alliance International Medical Ltd. She has significant experience in customer relations, hospitality, and the service industry.
Miss Campbell also serves on the board of Nutrium AG farm, an affiliate of Alliance International Medical Limited. Prior to joining AIM, she led the daily administrative function for Nutrium AG, including payroll, inventory, and employment compliance. In addition, she served as customer service representative with Ministry of National Security for four years before embarking on international employment in the hospitality and service industry.
Miss Campbell is delighted to be working with a transformational company as AIM where she can utilize her interpersonal and time management skills to advance the strategic objectives for AIM.
DR. KADIAN PINNOCK
ADVISOR
Dr. Kadian Pinnock is a Board member and Vice-President responsible for overseeing the entire clinical operations. Dr. Pinnock brings a background of achievement in her healthcare. Her primary responsibility entails quality standards for the facility and overseeing the execution of critical tasks to deliver services of a high quality. Dr. Pinnock has extensive local and international experience. She is currently MD degree, an MPH and a post graduate diploma in HIV management.
Her background includes 18 years of combined clinical experience as Physician and a Medical Technologist. She is a Board-Certified Physician in the Caribbean (CAMC). She has a MPH and post graduate diploma in HIV management from the UWI, a Doctor of Medicine from the Universidad Adventista Del Plata, Entre Rios, Argentina, and the B.S. Medical Technology, Northern Caribbean University, Mandeville, Jamaica, Her experience includes working at the Ministry of Health, Cornwall Regional Hospital as a Medical Officer for many years.
Dr. Sophia Mangana

Dr. Sophia Mangana, M.D. is a Diplomat of the American Board of radiology, she has many years of experience in the field of radiation oncology, including working as Consultant Radiation Oncologist, at Forrest General Cancer Center, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and as Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Mangana also served as Chief Resident at Loyola University Medical Center, in Maywood, Illinois. She graduated from Brown University in 2007 with a medical degree, and was an Intern at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, Rhode Island. She has significant leadership expertise in outpatient and academic cancer care practice. Her specialty areas of focus include radiosurgery, brachytherapy, breast Prostate and gynaecological cancer.
Zachary Christ, PSM, DABR
ADVISOR
Mr. Christ grew up in sunny south Florida. He completed graduate studies at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, and was the first graduate to ever receive a medical physics residency position. As an ABR certified therapeutic medical physicist, his experience has grown to include work with all major vendors and modalities in radiation oncology. He helped create a safe and effective radiosurgery program as a physicist in the United States, and is excited to bring his expertise to St. Ann Parish, Jamaica.
Shakeel Ahmad
WEB DEVELOPER & COMPUTER SCIENTIST
Shakeel Ahmad began his career in software engineering over a decade ago, inspired by a passion for building secure and intelligent digital systems. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, and went on to specialize in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure.
Over the years, Shakeel has worked with a wide range of modern technologies, including React, Angular, Node.js, and AWS, developing scalable platforms that improve automation, data management, and user experience. His work reflects a deep commitment to creating efficient, future-ready digital solutions that bridge innovation with real-world impact.
Certified in AWS Solutions Architecture and Agile Development, Shakeel continues to bring technical precision, creativity, and reliability to every project he undertakes.
ALFRED MCPHERSON BOARD MEMBER & GENERAL COUNSEL
A practicing Attorney-at-Law since 1981, Alfred is currently a Sole Practitioner, Consultant and Senior Lecturer in Law since August 2018 when he demitted office by rotation as Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Jamaica, and now practices law at the private bar under the business name Alfred McPherson & Co. Over a professional career spanning many decades, Alfred has served in both the public and private sectors in Jamaica, as well as academia at the tertiary institutional level.
He has practiced as an Associate, and latterly as a Partner, in a prominent Jamaican Law Firm, as well as holding prominent positions in the public sector and an academic tertiary institution. Alfred’s primary areas of practice are real property and conveyancing, real estate developments, mortgage financing and securities, corporate and commercial law, probate, and estate planning.
From 1999 to 2000 he temporarily left the private bar and entered the public service for the first time as a Legal Advisor by joining FINSAC Limited, an agency established by the Government of Jamaica to restructure and rehabilitate the local financial sector. In 2003 he reentered the public service, and on this occasion served as the Registrar of Titles for the Island of Jamaica (a creature of statute under the Registration of Titles Act of Jamaica). He served in this position until 2006 when he once again reverted to practicing at the private bar.
Alfred joined the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Jamaica in 2009 as a Senior Lecturer in Real Property and Public International Law and was at the same time appointed as Programme Director of the Faculty. He was subsequently appointed as Vice Dean in 2012 and Dean of the Faculty of Law from 2014 to 2018. He has continued to maintain an association with the Faculty of Law since demitting office as Dean.
Alfred is an active Rotarian and a Distinguished Past President of the Rotary Club of Saint Andrew North. He is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and once served on the Conveyancing Committee and the JAMBAR Committee.
He read for a Bachelor of Laws at the University of the West Indies, Faculty of Law, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados, and the Certificate of Legal Education at the Norman Manley Law School situated at the Mona Campus of the University of the West Indies. He graduated from the latter in 1981 as one of the top five graduates, and the only male graduate in the top five performers for that cohort of graduates.

Dr. Sophy Mangana, M.D. a physician with and has over 15 years of experience in the field of radiation oncology, including working as partner Physician and Radiation Oncologist, at Forrest General Cancer Center, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and as Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Mangana also served as Chief Resident at Loyola University Medical Center, in Maywood, Illinois. She graduated from Brown University in 2007 with a medical degree, and was an Intern at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, Rhode Island. She presented at numerous forums and has researched and published widely in the field of radiation oncology, in notable publications such as the International Journal of Radiation Oncology & Physics.
WAYNE WRAY, STRATEGIC INVESTMENT & FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Mr. Wray is a business and financial consultant. His portfolio of experience and expertise spans several industries including executive leadership and management positions in the fields of Finance and Banking. An M.BA in International Banking from George Washington University, Washington DC, USA, he is a Past Chairman of Jamaica Institute of Bankers, as well as the Caribbean Association of Banks and has served in the capacity as Vice President of the Jamaica Bankers Association.
Licensed by the Financial Services Commission as an investment advisor, Mr. Wray is the founding director of Wiltshire Consulting & Advisory Limited, a business advisory firm to local and international clients. In addition, he is the Mentor for several publicly listed companies on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange. He is also the Managing Director and the principal shareholder of 365 Retail Limited, an authorized retail distributor of petroleum products and services for Total Jamaica Limited. A Justice of the Peace, Mr. Wray is committed to nation building, serving on the Boards of several publicly listed and privately held companies as well as local community service and charitable organizations.
