Dr. Josemar Cuffe graduated from the University of the West Indies with an MBBS in 2009. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Medicine, specialising in Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat surgery). He also did a fellowship in head and neck cancer surgery in Portsmouth, England, and another fellowship in sinus and skull base surgery at St. Louis University, Missouri, USA.
Ears, nose, and throat surgery has been a passion of mine that has driven me to maintain the smiles of all that suffer from said ailments. As a son of the soil, I have been fortunate to obtain international qualifications and experiences from the UK and the USA to cater to Jamaica. Caring for patients is just the beginning for the development of mastery in my profession. I aim to deliver compassionate, individualised, and precise surgical care to patients.

Dr Alicia C. Jordan
Dr. Alicia C. Jordan is a graduate of the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB.BS) programme at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. She completed her internship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados.
Dr. Jordan obtained her postgraduate dermatology training at Cardiff University, Wales, receiving a Master’s in Clinical Dermatology with Distinction. She has worked in dermatology clinics across western Jamaica over the last 8 years. Her keen skin interests include acne and aesthetic dermatology, autoimmune diseases and their effects on the skin, and skin cancer treatment.

Dr Medley earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B., B.S) with distinction in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and honours in General Surgery from the University of the West Indies (UWI) in 2008. Driven by her passion for women’s health, she pursued a career in obstetrics and gynaecology, completing her residency in 2015.
Following residency, Dr. Medley undertook a fellowship in gynaecologic oncology and an editorial fellowship with the International Journal of Gynecologic Cancer (IJGC). She currently serves on the IJGC Early Career Editorial Board and is also a member of the editorial board of The Obstetrician and Gynaecologist (TOG), a respected peer-reviewed journal.

Dr. Belinda Morrison is a Consultant urologist with over 20 years of experience in treating patients with urological disorders. Dr. Morrison is a well-published researcher with international collaborations and research. She is a graduate of UWI and a member of several learned societies.
Dr. Morrison has a passion for volunteering, patient education, and teaching. Common surgical conditions she treats include prostate cancer, prostate enlargement (BPH), erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and male infertility. She is also the first person to perform the cutting-edge minimally invasive treatment for BPH in Jamaica called Rezum.

Dr. Joseph Blidgen is a Consultant cardiothoracic surgeon with over 25 years of experience treating patients with complex cardiac and thoracic problems. Dr. Pankaj Kumar is a Senior Consultant Radiation Oncologist at Cornwall Regional Hospital. He completed his MBBS from 1997 to 2003 and pursued an MD in Radiation Oncology from 2006 to 2009 at Delhi University, India. With over 15 years of extensive experience in managing cancer patients through radiotherapy, Dr. Kumar has developed a strong expertise in the treatment of gynecological malignancies, head and neck cancers, and prostate cancers.
He has worked at some of the most prestigious cancer hospitals in India, which are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including onboard imaging, respiratory gating, stereotactic radiotherapy, and advanced brachytherapy techniques, particularly for gynecologic cancers.

Dr. Praveen Kumar Sharma
Dr. Praveen Kumar Sharma is a Senior Consultant Radiation Oncologist with more than 23 years of experience as a medical practitioner. He completed residency training with a fellowship in neuro-oncology at TMH in Mumbai (INDIA), an apex cancer treatment center in the Asian region.
Working in India at various super-speciality centres, Dr. Sharma has gained extensive experience in the latest radiation treatment techniques. He has authored/co-authored several papers in various national and international journals.
He is the clinical lead for the radiotherapy services at CRH and is a key member in many cancer control projects, forums, and technical working groups. Dr. Sharma also plays a critical role in the various IAEA activities related to radiation medicine in Jamaica and the Caribbean region.

Dr. Stephen Alexander is a Consultant Radiation Oncologist. He is currently the Senior Medical Officer at Hope Institute Hospital.
Dr. Alexander graduated in 2021 from the University of Cape Town, where he specialized in Radiation Oncology and completed both his Master of Medicine in Radiation Oncology and a certificate in Palliative Care. He previously attended the University of the West Indies, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Electronics in 2004, followed by a degree in Medicine in 2010.
During his residency at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, Dr. Alexander provided care for patients undergoing both radiotherapy and chemotherapy. He was actively involved in administering palliative, adjuvant, and neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, gaining valuable experience in comprehensive cancer treatment.
Dr. Alexander has been practicing in the Department of Oncology at several medical institutions, including Kingston Public Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital, and the Hope Institute Hospital in Kingston, Jamaica, since 2011. His work focuses primarily on the radiotherapy treatment of patients. He is dedicated to assessing each patient individually, determining the most effective management plan, overseeing their treatment, and monitoring progress. He also collaborates closely with the Chemotherapy Unit to establish the best possible treatment path for each patient.
Dr. Alexander believes that oncology treatment should be patient-centered, with empathy playing a vital role in delivering effective care. He considers continuous learning to be second only to compassion in ensuring the best outcomes for his patients.
